I’m Stephanie, a reader first, a writer second, and perpetually behind on both.
This is where I put the books I can’t stop thinking about and the thoughts I can’t quite leave alone. Expect reviews, reflections, and the occasional piece that started as one thing and became something else entirely.
I hold a BA in Creative Writing and English from Southern New Hampshire University and have been a member of Sigma Tau Delta longer than I’ve had a consistent reading chair. Literature has been the one constant through a lot of change; this blog is my way of taking it seriously without taking it too seriously.
I’m based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. When I’m not reading, I’m gardening, walking, or adding to a plant collection that has gotten slightly out of hand.
